Mrs L Ferreria writes:
I would like to share something with the public that touched me.
For three months I have been trying to get May’s pension from the Sassa Benoni branch.
I was at their offices again on August 29, a young lady named Julie greeted me at the door.
She was very friendly and helpful.
I just want to say thank you, Julie, for your kindness.
LETTER: People still care about each other
She took me through to see Dennis Thekiso and I explained my problem to him.
He was so polite and got onto my problem.
He sent an email to head office in Gauteng and allowed me to read it.
I was satisfied with what was written in the letter.
Dennis is a guy the public should appreciate; he went out of his way to sort my problem out.
Thank you again, Dennis Thekiso, from Sassa Benoni.
