LETTER: Don’t put your snot on the button

Be careful where you place your finger.

The machines that spew out parking tickets need to be activated by pressing the release button with one’s finger.

I recently witnessed an individual who had a finger up the nose, clearly looking for gold ingots.

This individual proceeded to press the button, creating a level of consternation and disgust for the driver, who was behind this filthy human being.

Not missing a beat, the disgusted driver pulled out a pen and released the button, which was now full of liquidy goo.

We are at risk here, and innovative devices need to be installed in shopping centres so that fingers with boogies can be avoided.
