Trashy manners are unnecessary

A few weeks ago a municipal truck came to collect our rubbish early in the morning.

We are in a complex of four houses.

Once I saw the collectors doing their rounds from my upstairs window, I went to fetch my bin.

When I opened the lid, I saw that the rubbish was still inside, so I waved at the municipal guys for them to collect our rubbish.

When they came back, two of the municipal workers picked up our bin to empty the rubbish.

They were so arrogant when they saw me. They flung the lid open so that I could see that the rubbish was gone.

They could easily have broken the lid off.

Subsequent to this, our lid was left open, but the others in the complex were closed.

About a month ago, the other residents had a lot of rubbish in their bins.

The people scratching in the bins took the bags out of the bins and never put them back in the receptacles.

The municipal workers left everything behind and it stood on the pavement for days.

We ended up picking up the bags and put the rubbish in our bin.

We find the workers are rough with the bins and are also arrogant.

Who will pay for my damaged wheelie bin?

The request for Christmas bonuses will soon be made…
