This again sheds more light on how the current municipality has no idea how to manage a city.
Yet month on month, I bet salaries are paid on time.
This is probably the only process the municipality has implemented faultlessly.
How much effort and planning does it take to ensure that chemicals for the pool are ready by a specific date: the start of spring?
We have been celebrating this season for, I don’t know, like ever.
This is again another tender process which is probably on hold until a “suitable” provider has been awarded the tender.
Yet miss one payment and your services are terminated with huge fines.
Where does the public hold the municipality accountable for withholding the services we pay for?
How long, once the service provider has been awarded the tender, will it take to start preparing the pool for use?
This should have been finalised before spring, not when spring arrived.
