Thank you, Benoni Taxi Association

I would like to publicly acknowledge the Benoni Taxi Association (BTA) for stopping the taxis from hooting in Webb Street, Northmead.

Over the years we have been subjected to constant hooting and no amount of signs or requests have had any effect until along came the Benoni Taxi Association.

What a marked improvement there has been and peace and quiet has returned to The Falls complexes.

There are still one or two continuing to hoot, but overall the improvement requires a huge thank you to the Benoni Taxi Association.

It would also be great if general traffic would also adhere to the speed limit of 50km/hour and stop speeding – especially motorbikes, which seem to revel in making as much noise as possible.

We have not seen metro police in this area for years.
