Roads problem is bigger

I write in reply to an article published in the issue dated March 10, headlined ‘Municipality urged to fix roads’.

I think Clr Kabelo Mahonko should have looked further afield.

We have streets looking like a moonscape, only we have bigger craters per square metre than the moon.

To mention: Longmore Drive, Swartkop Road and Federale Street.

I think I can name just about every street.

I also question the quality of the repairs done.

It seems as if they just dump a spade or two full of tar in the pothole, stamp it down and Bob’s your uncle.

They repair six of the multiple holes and off they go.

Please do something before the metro blames the rain again for not being able to work.
