Living on a property spoiled by hooting next door

Living in Lakeside suburb, we are plagued by the continual hooting of visitors who visit a home in the area.

The people hoot when they arrive and hoot when they leave, regardless of the time of day.

Surely with technology such as cellphones, you would think that people would use some common sense and phone when they get to the gate – or better still, get the intercom that is at the gate, in working order.

This is a very beautiful home, but is spoilt as it always sounds like a taxi rank.

Please neighbour, can you do something positive here?
