It is a shame that we do not have enough experienced staff working in the MMC’s office.

They try to convince us that irrigation systems use more water than buckets, as the irrigation system spreads wide and can blow elsewhere.
Do they not understand that,no matter what, the system will water for approximately 10 minutes and stop, whereas buckets are continuously used for about three quarters of an hour or more.
I have repeatedly offered anyone from the MMC’s office to come and test how much water is used from my irrigation system.
I have sent many mails to executives in the metro with no reply.
Wake up and take on the challenge I have offered, to meet with me and test the irrigation system against bucket watering.
