No soap at centre

I have been to Northmead Square on several occasions and it is so annoying when I go to wash my hands and they have rows of containers that are supposed to hold the soap, but all of them are empty.

Every time I leave there I remind myself to put in a complaint, but when I phone, I never seem to be able to speak to anybody at Northmead Square.

There are a lot of people supporting the Northmead Square, even though it is under construction.
