Such efficient service

We would like to express our appreciation to a few members of staff employed at the Benoni Traffic Department (EMPD) for their friendliness and helpfulness when my husband and I recently had to de-register an old vehicle.

Firstly, Clyde, who was at the enquiries counter, Monica at counter two and Sam, who was at the cashier counter.

We had to go upstairs to have a document stamped by the police and the lady concerned was also friendly.

We also appreciated the fact that after we had been issued with a queue number at the enquiries counter, there was seating provided while we waited for our number to be called.

The whole process was an efficient and pleasant experience.
