This morning, on my way to work, I had such a horrible experience with a road hog of such a despicable nature, that I was compelled to write this email and hopefully he would read it.

I was getting onto the highway using the on-ramp on Bunyan Street, when a “gentleman” in a large Tata bakkie decided that he was going to basically drive on the back of my car all the way up the on-ramp.

Disgruntled that I could not move fast enough in my small 1.1 litre Chevy Spark, he was determined to sit on my backside all the way.

He then proceeded to swerve from behind me, drive as close as he could to the side of my car so that he could intimidate me and then proceeded to slip in front of me, almost knocking the front left side of my car, on purpose.

I pointed at him and he decided to throw me all manner of disgusting hand signals in his rear view mirror.

I watched you. Every car you drove behind, you drove “on top of them”, so to speak.

If any of them had to use their brakes suddenly you would have ploughed straight into them, causing an accident.

Have you ever heard of something called a safe following distance?

You sir, are putting the lives of others at risk and you should hang your head in shame.

Mind you, a man of your limited intelligence probably has not notion of what consequences your careless actions could have.
