Thank you, Clr Goby, you are the best.
On Sunday, August 10, I drove to our local supermarket in Lakefield.
Being a resident of Western Extension, I drove past Lanyon Avenue, going past the golf course.
Here, on the side of the road, was none other than Clr Mary Goby, on a Sunday, in her free, family time, busy removing illegal posters from lamp posts and stop streets that make our suburbs so ugly and untidy.
This I might add, is definitely not the first time I have witnesses this.
I think that residents and business owners need to do the same in their surroundings, where homemade posters are posted, illegally, without any council permits.
Thank you Clr Goby, for always going the extra mile making your and other wards neat and tidy and for always being pro active whenever there is a council issue or where advise is needed.
You are the best.
