Once again no water

Once again, no water in Western Extension, no water in our geysers, no water to do washing or brush our teeth.

Water Department says Water Board working on supply.

That is an essential service, and every home should be given delivered pre-warnings of cut offs.

Nobody has advance warning to switch off geysers!

Who is expected to pay for the repairs when the geysers burst because there is no water in them?

Insurances cost money and excesses for repairs cost money, and the damages cost repair money far beyond the initial repairs, rust, etc.

It also damages your washing machine when no water flows.

This has been happening for months now, with no information given to home owners in the area.

Luckily I am home in the day, what of those who work all day and do not know what is going on in their own homes?

Time for explanations and information in advance!

Please figure out whose responsibility it is to advise home owners in advance, and make it happen fast!
