This is not the first letter of complaint you have had about this man who is in a wheelchair at the intersection of Webb Street and Great North Road.
People are still giving him money; as soon as he has enough he goes down to the off-licence in Bayley Street.
He has been around our street on two week nights, around 11.30pm, shouting abusive language.
CMS respond to our call, but they call the police, who never come out; he is a public nuisance.
I have been and spoken to the manager of the Falls Spar and they will try and get him removed.
He breaks his bottles and leaves them for us to clean up.
When are people going to stop giving him money?
It’s the only way he will move on.
