The beloved South African multi-platinum-selling a cappella group, The Soil, returns by popular demand to the Theatre of Marcellus at Emperors Palace on March 4.

After a successful run of sold-out shows at the venue last June, the group is bringing their signature blend of traditional African rhythms and contemporary grooves in a beautiful storytelling experience, all in celebration of making music together for 18 years.

Fans can expect to hear some of the group’s biggest hits as well as new and exciting material.

The Soil’s live performances are known for their energy and passion, and this upcoming show is sure to be no different.

The boisterous trio comprising Buhle Mda, Luphindo Ngxanga and Ntsika Fana Ngxanga hail from Soweto, and their love for their country and its rich culture is the driving force behind their hauntingly beautiful lyrics and distinct sound.

“We are so excited to be back on the Theatre of Marcellus stage and to be able to connect with our fans through the power of music with beautiful songs from our upcoming album and tracks from our earlier work,” the group said.

“We can’t wait to share this journey with our fans and narrate the journey from where it all began until now.”

The Soil strives to fuse their voices to deliver melodic and harmonious messages aimed at uplifting and healing souls worldwide.

Tickets are exclusively available through Ticketpro (https://bit.ly/3vYD8WX) and selected SPAR outlets.
