Lace up your running shoes for Johnson Crane Marathon
The 42.2km and 21.1km will start at 05:30 with the 10km and 5km starting 15 minutes later at 05:45.
The Johnson Crane Hire Marathon will set the tone for the road running year when avid marathoners take to the streets of Benoni on January 29.
The event, organised by the Benoni Harriers, will take place at Willowmoore Park with a capacity crowd expected to decorate the CBD and adjacent areas with their club colours.
The race will serve as a qualifier for both the Comrades and Old Mutual Two Oceans Marathons.
Furthermore, the event will raise funds for Kids Haven, iThemba Rape and Trauma Support Centre and Child Welfare Tshwane.
