Woman’s body found next to railway line in Etwatwa

Etwatwa police have registered an inquest docket after a body of a woman was found in an open field next to a railway line, recently, in Ext 7.

According to Ekurhuleni SAPS spokesperson Captain Neldah Sekgobela, police found the body in a pool of muddy water.

The son of the deceased was reportedly among community members who had gathered at the scene.

Sekgobela said investigations are continuing.
