The Springs SAPS is investigating the murder of a man, whose body was discovered by his brother along Holfontein Road in Springs towards Etwatwa on July 3.
Sergeant Themba Tshabalala, the Springs SAPS communication officer, stated a police officer received a call informing him of the murder at the specified address.
“Upon arrival, the officer found the deceased, James Dube, at the address,” said Tshabalala.
“Dube had been abducted in Cloverdene by unknown suspects on July 2 at 20:00.”
Tshabalala added at this stage, it remains unknown how they killed Dube.
No arrests have been made.
