The members of various departments were commended for their work at the recent district awards.
Local SAPS members were honoured for their hard work and dedication at this year’s SAPS District Excellence Awards.
Members traded their uniforms for suits and evening wear when they filled the Germiston SAPS hall on October 6.
Several officers stationed at various police stations across Benoni walked away with awards.
