#ChildProtectionWeek: Actonville SAPS visit Kearabetswe Day Care

Actonville police officers together with various stakeholders visited Kearabetswe Day Care in Wattville on June 1.
Actonville station commander Lieutenant Colonel Mbhazima Maswanganyi also attended the campaign.

The visit formed part of their awareness campaign for Child Protection Week, observed annually from May 28 to June 4, to raise awareness for children’s rights.
Constable Valencia Lekgau encouraged learners to love and care for one another at all the times.

She advised them not to talk to strangers and whenever they are not safe they should phone the police.
