The Almond Tree (TAT), Van Ryn, is hosting its annual Friends of the Forest family picnic and invites the community to join in the fun.
The event gives members of the public the unique opportunity to experience the work of the organisation and to interact with the children in its care.
The picnic and market will take place on October 28 from 15:00 to 21:00.
Browse the stalls and sip a cuppa in the tea garden while the little ones play in the dedicated children’s play area.
As the sun sets, snuggle up around the bonfire while being entertained by the TAT kids.
Tickets are available from Quicket at R30 a ticket and children under 12 only pay R15.
