Noorderlig performs well in first hockey league

Gekombineerde Skool Noorderlig recently participated in the Benoni hockey league.

This is the first time that the school introduced hockey as a sport.

Of the three teams that partook in this season’s matches, the U10 won against Arbor as well as Rynfield primary schools and drew against Laerskool Westwood.

The U11 team won against Arbor Primary School and drew against Laerskool Westwood and Rynfield Primary School, while the U12’s won 2-0 against Arbor Primary.

They drew their last matches against Laerskool Westwood and Rynfield Primary.
