The Benoni police are appealing to anyone with information about the death of a man whose body was found next to his vehicle on June 2 on the N12 westbound between Putfontein and Snake roads.
According to Benoni SAPS spokesperson Captain Nomsa Sekele, a white BMW was seen swerving across the lanes until it got to a standstill on the yellow line.
“Two men allegedly jumped out of the white BMW and fled the scene. The driver of the vehicle was found laying dead next to his vehicle with stab wounds on his upper body,” said Sekele.
The Benoni police have opened a murder case.
