Litter Bugs pavement clean-up will take place at the junction of Atlas Road (now Solomon Jefferson Mahlangu Drive) and North Rand Road, Lakefield. Members will be cleaning up the area on the North East corner of this busy junction from 14:30 to 16:00.

BCT car boot sale, in association with the Bunny Park Food and Craft Market, will take place at Bunny Park, Pretoria Road, Rynfield from 09:00 to 14:30. There will be over 80 food and craft stalls, children’s activities, live entertainment, tea garden and City Times car boot sale. Pug Recue Amazing Pug Race, from 08:00, to raise funds for the organisation. Preselected teams will embark on this exciting K9 adventure while spectators are invited to snuggle up to some of the organisation’s furry residents and cheer their favourites on.
