Ashton International College students shine

(CAIE) Cambridge Assessment International Education have recently released their Outstanding Learner Awards South Africa for 2022.

With nearly a million learners in 10 000 schools in 160 countries, the Cambridge International curriculum is the gold standard for international study.

Ashton International College is proud to announce that students from both Benoni and Ballito campuses earned awards. Collectively, 15 Outstanding Learner Awards were achieved across both campuses; nine for Ballito and six for Benoni.

The following Ashton Ballito students earned Top in South Africa awards in the June 2022 exams; Sahana Moodley (Economics AS Level) and Isabella Rose Du Plessis (History AS Level).

Danielle Boshoff achieved Top in the World award for Geography AS Level.

The following Ashton Ballito students earned Top in the South Africa awards in the November 2022 exams; Sahana Moodley (Economics A Level) and Danielle Boshoff (Biology A Level), Shivana Naidoo (Business AS Level) and Rachel Mae Taljard (English Language A Level).

High Achievement Awards were earned by April Susan Drew (Music AS Level) and Sashna Govender (Accounting A Level) in the November 2022 exams.

The following Ashton Benoni student earned a Top in South Africa award in the June 2022 exams; Tatiana Vogdanos (Business AS Level).

The following Ashton Benoni students earned Top in the South Africa awards in the November 2022 exams; Anya Heimbold (Art and Design IGSCE and Geography IGCSE), Sami Mahmood (Computer Science IGCSE), Raghav Vijay (Information and Communication IGSCE) and Tatiana Vogdanos (Business A Level).

The students will attend Awards ceremonies hosted by Cambridge Assessment International Education and the British Council in either Johannesburg or Cape Town.
