BFS weekend successes

During routine weekend operations, members of BFS made three arrests and recovered three abandoned vehicles.

Drug possession
One person was arrested on charges of being in possession of drugs with the intent to distribute, in Vusi Musi Section, Thembisa. Heroine and cocaine were confiscated.

Stolen property
Members arrested two men on the corner of Hurricane and Aerodrome streets, Northmead, on April 24. The suspects were in possession of 10 plastic chairs, copper pipes and brass taps.

It is suspected the items may have been stolen from a local school.

Abandoned vehicles
A grey Audi A5 was found in Allandale Road, Klipfontein, it was reported as stolen in Midrand.

A white Mitsuibishi Fuso truck was recovered in Lovato Street, Sebenza, it was reported as stolen in Olifantsfontein.

A white Hyundai Accent was seized in Bartlett Road, Boksburg. It was reported as stolen in Boksburg North case.
