Help Litter Bugs keep the environment clean

Their aim is to clean up Farrarmere one park and pavement at a time, while also encouraging people not to litter and to keep the areas around their homes and businesses free of rubbish.

The Litter Bugs will be hosting a National Recycling Day – big park and pavement clean-up on September 17 from 14:30 to 16:00 at Vic Reece Park on Great North Road.

Those who would like to help at the clean-up must meet at the park.

Wear your mask and bring your own gloves, brooms and more. Bags will be supplied.

Schools, businesses and residents are welcome to help keep the environment clean.
