I went on retirement just three weeks ago at the age of 68.
One week ago, after the completion of all the required documents, I made contact with the department in Benoni.
Right from the beginning, a fine young lady, Refiloe Morotolo, took me step by step through the entire process, with much interest, patience and dedication, never a quick impatient word, but much understanding.
I must also make mention of Mr Trevor Pillay and Charmaine.
Both individuals, along with Refiloe, reflect the smartness and dedication of this very large government department, which, more often than not, faces criticism.
