By-elections for wards 27 and 28 commenced

Voters have already begun casting their votes since 7am today in wards 27 and 28 for the municipal elections and if you have not voted as yet, you have until 9pm to do so.

Residents in these wards will cast their vote for the new ward councillors.

Where to vote: Ward 27 (Rynfield, Northmead, Morehill and Ebotse)

• East Rand Speedboat Club

• St Andrew’s Church

• John Barrable Hall

• Northfield Methodist Church.

Ward 28 (Farrarmere, Lakefield, Alphen Park, and three adjacent smaller areas)

• Belvedere School

• Benoni Baptist Church

• Gauteng Eastern Tennis Association
