The Putfontein police are calling on the public to come forward with information about the decapitated body of a man found near Vermeulen Street in Putfontein at around noon on November 29.
Putfontein SAPS spokesperson Sgt Raider Ubisi said the deceased is believed to be between the ages of 20 and 30.
“The body was naked and slightly burnt in some areas, which we think could have been caused by hot water,” said Ubisi.
“The deceased might have been killed somewhere else and dumped on the side of the road.”
