Organisations helping those in need

Any other organisations that assist with food parcels can send an email to terryann@caxton.co.za to be added to the list of organisations that assist those in need.

The pandemic has affected everyone and has seen a lot of people losing their jobs and being unable to feed their families.

The following organisations are willing to assist those in desperate need of food parcels during these tough times; however, new applicants will be put on a waiting list as their food banks are running low.

Below are the names of the organisations, what they require and a contact detail.

The Families In Need Benoni Community group

• Full names
• Detailed address (street and building name)
• ID/passport number
• Do you or anyone in your home receive Sassa or an income?
• Have you been helped by another organisation?

Applicants should send the message to 073 371 4412.

Applicants should note that incomplete applications will not be processed and they only cover the Benoni area.

Mix and Stitch

Only non-Sassa applicants, to Whatsapp your name, cell number, address and ID number to 082 948 8026.

The Guardians

The organisation assists residents in Western Extension and the elderly in need can Whatsapp your name, cell number, address and ID number to 082 538 2381.
