#UPDATE: Sinkhole expected to be repaired in September

In a previous article written by the City Times in July, ward 73 councillor Sinethemba Matiwane explained that cement dust and crushed stone were pumped into the ground to fill all holes or gaps caused by the sinkhole.

The sinkhole was first identified on November 2, 2019, and the road had since been closed.
