A 21-year-old man was arrested for stabbing his friend to death on July 6 in Paarl Street, Actoville.
Spokesperson Capt Pheello Mothapo said it is alleged that the man stabbed his 19-year-old friend after an argument related to drugs.
The deceased was stabbed on the upper body and he was declared dead by the paramedics on the scene.
