At a cost of R80 per person, the code and link for the course will be provided as soon as monies are paid to Hospice.
The 60-minute class can be viewed on Zin Studio at any time between 4pm and 9pm and it will be presented by various members of the Zumba community.
“Entry for the event will be deposited into Hospice’s bank account, but participants need to contact Antoinette on 083 307 2001 or info@zdancefitness.co.za once they’ve made payment to obtain their link,” said marketing and media liaison at Hospice Jonquil Siepman.

Zumba is an aerobic workout that is combined with dance moves to ensure a fun way to lose calories.
