The Benoryn Lions Branch Club held their monthly meeting at their clubhouse on Howard Avenue in the Benoni CBD on Saturday, February 9.

On the agenda was finance, service and fundraising. President of the club Leslie Young was excited to discuss community initiatives the Lions will be involved in this year.
One of the initiatives will be to assist in building vegetable patches in an area in Etwatwa that will include using eco-friendly bricks in the form of used two litre bottles and tin foil.
