Northfield Methodist Church invites youth turning 16 or older to register for confirmation classes.
The classes start on February 7 at 7pm, and registration can be done upon arrival.
The aim of the confirmation programme is to provide a safe environment in which teenagers can be shaped and discipled to prepare them to understand the Christian faith and what it means to make a decision, explained Lisa Johnstone, head of communications at the church.

“We provide a great platform of love and acceptance in which teenagers can explore the faith and experiences which make what is being taught real.
“This includes meeting others and forming special relationships with peers and mentors, small group activities and awesome outreach opportunities.”
