A woman in her 50s was killed in an accident on Bunyan Street in Benoni on Wednesday afternoon.
Ross Campbell, spokesperson for ER24, said ER24 paramedics arrived at the scene at around 3pm. Another service was already on the scene and had declared the woman dead.

The driver of the second vehicle had suffered minor injuries and was taken to a private hospital by ER24.
Traffic was severely affected.
