City Times’ blankets warm the hearts of four charities
Lending a helping hand to those in need.
The Benoni City Times held a blanket drive in aid of local charity organisations from April until the end of May.
On Friday (June 1), the blankets donated were handed over to Life Choices Pregnancy Centre, Children’s Hope Foundation, Benoni van Rhyn Lions Club and iThemba Rape and Trauma Support Centre, all of whom were extremely grateful.
The City Times thanks everyone who donated towards the blanket drive, helping us to help the less fortunate in our community.
