Winter is fast approaching.
To help the less fortunate cope with the chill, the Benoni City Times is appealing to you to donate new or old blankets.
These can be dropped off at the City Times’ office, which is in the Northmead Square.
The items will be donated to people living on the street and centres which house disadvantaged people.
Items have to be dropped off before the end of May.
The office is open from 8.30am until 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
