An armed robbery took place at East Rand Mall this afternoon (April 20) and our sister newspaper, the Boksburg Advertiser, reported that the robbers are still hiding in the mall.
According to the Boksburg Advertiser, a security guard and one of the suspects was shot in the hold-up.
Police are investigating the incident and Boksburg journalists are on scene.
