Volunteers of the centre take care of eight disabled children, at a local church after their centre burnt down.

Owner of the centre, Ingrid Mbele, said they really need help in rebuilding the centre as winter is approaching and the church gets cold during winter.

“During the fire, we lost everything from therapy toys, beds, a TV, radio, feeding chairs and documents,” said Mbele.

“I’ve tried to get assistance from 2016. I even made a claim but nothing has been successful.”

Mbele added that rebuilding the centre would cost about R500 000.

The centre would also appreciate donations of food, blankets, educational toys and stationery.

To help, contact Mbele on 083 697 3145.
