Art comes to life at Northmead exhibition

Art lovers were treated to an exhibition.

Artists Working Together (AWT) held an art exhibition at Northmead Square from March 9 to March 11.

The exhibition had 13 artists showcase their work, with each artist having six or seven pieces on display.

The public was able to purchase the pieces that were on display.

Well-known Benoni artist Paul Botes had his retrospective exhibition on display throughout the weekend.

“I have been painting for about 50 years and I don’t intend on stopping,” said Botes, a Farrarmere resident.
