Motorcyclist hurt on Pretoria Road

The driver of the motor vehicle was not injured.

A motorcyclist was transported to hospital with a head injury following an accident on Pretoria Road yesterday (January 31).

The collision, which also involved a vehicle, happened near Miles Sharp Street, at about 5.30pm.

Clair Wolstencroft, ER24 spokesperson, said the motorcyclist, who is in his late 20s, was transported to Tambo Memorial Hospital after receiving advanced life support intervention.

The driver of the vehicle was not hurt.
