“I am aware of the situation and have asked the Department of Roads to do a more visible installation,” said Ward 27 Clr Jacques Meiring.
“I have had complaints from residents in O’Reilly Merry Street regarding this issue.”
Meiring said he intends to contact the relevant management in the surrounding area because he believes the signs could be knocked down predominantly by the trucks that enter nearby delivery bays.
