“I was made aware of the truck dumping the refuse in the veld and have made contact with the waste depot,” said Ward 28 Clr Malanie Haggard.
“The manager of the depot said he is investigating the matter and someone will be sent to clean the place as soon as possible,” she said.
Haggard said she asked who was responsible for the incident, but is still awaiting answers.
