U3A ends off year with tea and cake

The University of the Third Age (U3A) held their year-end function at the Northmead Tennis Club on November 29.

Tico Poplak highlighted the talks that were held throughout the year and thanked members for their continued support and attendance at meetings.

Members of the club were entertained by singer Johan de Jager.

De Jager was accompanied by Elizabeth Potter who played the keyboard.

After the performance, club members were treated to tea and cake.
