Four injured in N12 accident as vehicle overturns

Four people were injured in a two-vehicle accident on the N12 highway this afternoon (November 19).

Four people were injured in an accident on the N12 this afternoon (November 19).

The accident happened near the Putfontein turn-off, when travelling towards Johannesburg, at about 3pm.

ER24 spokesperson Clair Wolstencroft said one of the vehicles overturned.

A man in this car sustained moderate injuries and was transported to Sunshine Hospital.

Three other people in the same car had minor injuries and they were taken to Tambo Memorial Hospital.

The four people in the second vehicle were not injured.
