The scheme feeds between 20 to 45 people per week near Cranbourne Avenue.
“We would like to expand in years to come,” said Clifhampton Pillay.
There are about 10 people who physically help and about five who assist financially.
According to Pillay, meals differ from hot dogs, biryani, soup, curries and vetkoek and mince.
Through this initiative Pillay hopes for visibility and appreciation to those involved in the feeding scheme.
“We will accept any donation or assistance,” he said.
