Around 20 000 to 30 000 bikers are expected to descend on Benoni, each carting along at least one toy.
The fun-filled day promises live entertainment and a wide variety of stalls.
Non-bikers are also welcome to attend, and are asked to bring along a toy, toiletry item, educational toy or stationery.
Toy guns, knives and battery-operated toys will not be accepted.
All the donations will be made to underprivileged children.
Toy run badges and T-shirts will be on sale.
The bikers will gather at Irene Village Mall, The Blockhouse Garage, Carnival City Casino, Silverstar Casino and MotoMate Rivonia (women’s run).
Bikers are expected to arrive from 9am.
