Halloween just got a whole lot scarier

The Lake West Residents’ Association held its annual Halloween Walk on October 28.

This couple dressed as the famous adult animation sitcom characters Rick and Morty.

Children and adults alike dressed up in well-designed costumes to resemble creatures of the night and other famous characters.

Various competitions were held for best dressed and about 2 500 attendees walked around the Korsman Bird Sanctuary.

After surviving a terrible aeroplane crash, Rolein Joubert, Aimee-Paige Jones-Hockley and Zander Young joined the walk.

Melissa Ruthven from Kempton Park went all out with her spot-on Maleficent costume.
